Episode 2: the hill where Hanae flew the paper airplane. The spot where she stood before the surfing scene and the hill appearing in the rocket launch scene are the same place. The key is the positional relationship of the windmill, the roof of the building in front of it, and the Central Gymnasium visible on the right. Here the layout matches the photo, but the slope in front is quite steep, so strictly speaking the hill in the film does not seem to be here; it may be a bit further down the slope.
