    ★Checked on site May 9, 2011. Episode 3, shortly after the title "5 Centimeters per Second" appears: the scene where the train Akari is on departs Oyama Station. Scenery seen through the train window. The in-show shot is hard to confirm because it is through a window, but looking closely, two platforms (tracks 12–13 and 15–16) are visible outside. Therefore it can be said to be the window view of a train stopped at track 10. Incidentally, track 10 is a down-line platform, which runs opposite to Akari's direction of travel toward Tokyo...
