Looking around, there was nothing but the green of the embankment and rice paddies, with small hills and houses dotted in the distance. But for me, everything was fresh and filled me with anticipation. Saku truly was a genius at finding fun in anything, discovering all sorts of wonders even in a scenery that never changed.
