Tawaramachi Pedestrian Bridge田原町歩道橋2025-07-28In the third collaboration, it was decided from the start that the new illustration would show the characters in yukata. The theme is summer hatsumode (shrine visits), and we wanted to express a nostalgic nighttime feel, so we chose a night background inspired by daytime shrine visits and the meeting spots and route for a festival date at a shrine. The footbridge near Tawaramachi Station is used by many high school students heading from the station to nearby schools. Since the story was approaching the school festival, we chose a background that includes Phoenix Plaza, used for culture festivals at high schools in Fukui Prefecture. This footbridge later actually appeared in the work and became an AR spot in a later collaboration.
