First, Haruka and Yorihime Nao are at the entrance of Kasugano Hospital, and a road is visible from there. Second, leaving the young lady's house in the anime, a small slope turning left just ahead matches this spot. So I boldly conclude it is here. By coincidence, in front of this building is a kindergarten of a Chinese-Japanese bilingual school recognized by Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs as friendly to China, which is very interesting.
