Ikebukuro West Exit Park (Ep. 1–3)池袋西口公園(第1話〜第3話)The park where Joji, after being told by Coach Amakusa that he must retire, pondered at night before going home (Ep. 1), and where, after the infamous retirement press conference, he was told he was fired and sat on a bench in the daytime, and also practiced tai chi, Brittany's idea. A photo of him sitting on the bench in daytime was taken by a photographer from the weekly magazine Seiun and used in an article (Ep. 3). Also well known as the origin of the title of Ishida Ira's novel Ikebukuro West Gate Park, later adapted into a drama and anime.
