Manga Cafe Mambo Meieki Branch

まんが喫茶マンボー 名駅店

A manga cafe that once stood at 1-23-11 Taiko, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya; it closed and was demolished on February 3, 2012 due to road widening. In Volume 4, Ruko comes here when she runs away from home: 'I came to the manga cafe in front of the station that I had decided to stay at, and reserved a room for three hours later.' In Ruko's ending in Volume 7 of the novel, Niwa Makoto and Ruko date here: 'This private-booth manga cafe is right next to the movie theater, so exchanging movie impressions here is faster and more convenient than going back to the station.'
