Bankenviertel, FrankfurtEP 66:172026-08-30Frankfurt's central business district is known as the Bankenviertel (banking quarter). This view was taken from the observation deck of the GALERIA Frankfurt an der Hauptwache mall on the east side; it seems you must pass through a restaurant to reach the deck. The tallest building in the frame is the Commerzbank Tower. Since 2018, four new buildings called 'Four Frankfurt' have begun construction in this area, so the distant view has changed considerably.
