Lin Kai-jun Western Building林開郡洋樓2026-03-03Built in 1931, located in the front row of the Keelung Port area at the Xuchuan River mouth. After the war it served as a US military leisure venue, the 'Meiqi Bar', and later fell into disrepair and became known as the 'haunted house'.
