Yas_Yam@Yas_Yam3EP 12024-09-14The earthen pipe of Tako-Pi is located in Town Minami Park, and the one chasing him is the Town Public Health Center (since public health centers fall under the Regional Development Bureau, a town-run public health center is fictional), so Hakodate City and Hokuto City can be ruled out. Nanae, Mori, Shikabe and Assabu are candidate areas, but if Naoki Higashi's map is accurate, it would be either Nanae or Mori. If Minami Park is on the south side of town, Nanae is more likely given the town's openness. The pipe is a homage to Fujiko Fujio, so if you consider it nonexistent, then Akamatsu Park fits very well. It has a fence, a pillar clock, and a road overlooking from a height, with trees growing sparsely. It is not as dense as depicted in the book, but it is fairly close.
