Aile ObjetエールオブジェAn oddly long stretch of beach runs from the neighboring prefecture's Hamamatsu all the way to the tip of the Atsumi Peninsula, and the southern end of Toyohashi City facing the Pacific is part of it. This area is called the Omote Beach Coast, a fifteen-minute walk from Hokobaru's house. ...The road down to the coast is a very steep slope, and I wanted to turn back about five times along the way, but thankfully I didn't give up... I walked toward a white object on the far side of the beach. It was a wall-like installation more than three meters tall, shaped like a sliced loaf of bread standing upright on the ground. Even more eye-catching, the wall has cloud-shaped holes like speech bubbles in a comic, through which you can see the other side.
